EMtronics Warranty

Every Brand new EMtronics product is supplied with a 1-year manufacturer's guarantee from the date of the original purchase. This guarantee is valid when accompanied by proof of purchase, such as a sales receipt or email order confirmation.

If your product develops a fault during this period due to defective materials or workmanship, it should be returned to the retailer where it was purchased. The retailer will determine whether the product is repaired or replaced.

What is covered

This guarantee applies provided that:

The product has been installed and used in accordance with the instructions provided.

The product has been used for normal domestic purposes only.

What is not covered

This guarantee does not cover:

Normal wear and tear.

Accidental damage, misuse, abuse, or neglect.

Consumable items or batteries (unless they are permanently built into the product).

Damage resulting from repairs or modifications carried out by unauthorised or unqualified persons.

Products that have been resold or purchased second-hand.

Important Information

This guarantee is valid only within the UK and Republic of Ireland.

If a manufacturing fault occurs after the initial 12-month guarantee period, the product will not be covered, however EMtronics may have spare parts available for purchase, should you need the product repaired by a qualified technician.

Any repair, replacement, or alternative product supplied under this guarantee does not extend or renew the original guarantee period.

For non EMtronics products purchased from us, we supply a 1 year manufactures warranty (unless stated otherwise)
