We understand and value the privacy of everyone who purchases from Us and will only collect and use information in ways that are useful to you and in a manner consistent with your rights and Our obligations under the law.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
When you make a purchase through other Third Party Marketplaces for a product sold by Us "Electric Mania Limited", we receive certain information to be able to process your order including; your name, shipping address, email address and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We only use the Order Information that we receive to fulfil any orders placed through the other Third Party Marketplaces (including arranging shipping and creating your inoive receipts).
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above.
We share your information with our shipping couriers, only to complete the contract with yourself and deliver the item to your specified address. This information includes your name, shipping address and phone number. We do not share any other information with the couriers.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
WHO HAS ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?

We only authorise access to those employees who need the information to carry out their job responsibilities.
Warehouse workers: Access from the time you place your order until the order is despatched.
Customer Service: Access for one year after you order to help assist with any questions or warranty claims that may arise.
Company management: Access for 7 years from the point you place the order.
Third Party Service Providers Working on our Behalf
We may pass your information to our third party service providers, agents, subcontractors and other associated organisations for the purposes of completing tasks and providing services to you on our behalf such as couriers, shipping companies, software companies and our in-house warehouse management system developer.
All of which are compliant with the GDPR regulation. As stated above, your data will only be used to carry out a requested service and will only be shared with the necessary third party providers for legitimate business purposes.
Please note: We will not sell or rent your information to third parties. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes
When you place an order through other Third Party Marketplaces, we will maintain your Order Information for our records. We will hold your personal information on our systems such as Buyer name, recipient name, physical address, postal code, city, state/province, country email address and phone number for a period of 7 Years, after which time it will be deleted, this is to fill our legal obligation to statutory bodies such as HMRC, and also to fill our warranty obligations to you as a customer.
We will only use and store your phone number temporarily and it will only be used for fulfilment and processing of your order. These will automatically be deleted from our systems after this is no longer required.
How can you access and update your information?
If you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information we hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted if it is outside of our legitimate business purpose use term. We are obligated to provide you with all details on our systems to you within 30 days of your Subject Access Request.
Please note, we will only keep this information for legitimate business purposes and it will not be sold or released anywhere without your consent to do so.
How do we keep your information safe?
We know how important it is to protect and manage your personal data. We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption, and we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files to keep this data safe. We only authorise access to employees who need it to carry out their job responsibilities. However, whilst we take appropriate technical and organisational measures to safeguard your personal data, please note that we cannot guarantee the security of any personal data that you transfer over the internet to us.
Transferring your information outside of Europe
From time to time we may transfer your personal information to carefully selected service providers based outside of the EEA for legitimate business interests listed above. If we do this your personal information will continue to be subject to one or more appropriate safeguards set out in the law.
