Tips for various Hair types:
TIP: If the roller does not feel secure you may have too much or too little hair wrapped around the roller and need to adjust the section of hair and re-roll the hair to secure firm
TIP: Thicker hair – take a smaller section of hair and no wider than the roller to ensure the hair is not to weighty – the large rollers are more suited to thick and long hair
TIP: Medium thickness hair – take a smaller section of hair and no wider than the roller to ensure the hair is not to weighty – the large rollers are more suited to medium and long hair
TIP: Thin hair – take a std section of hair and no wider than the roller to ensure the hair is not to weighty – the medium rollers are suitable for thin hair, use the large rollers for volume
1. Take a section of hair no wider than the roller being used & place the roller at the hair ends.
2. Slowly wrap the hair neatly as possible around the roller surface and roll up to the hair, making sure there is no hair coming off the sides of the roller. This is important as the clip may not be able to hold the hair if there is too much.
3. Roll the hair under (towards the head) for a traditional curl or roll the hair over/outwards away from the head for a flick curl.
