In the event of a breach of data, we follow the below process:

1. Contact the ICO to ensure they are aware of the data breach and imediately inform Amazon and all third party marketplaces of the data breach
2. Work alongside the third party IT and Firewall Company to see what has happened with the data and where the breach has occurred.
3. Inform all customers or staff members in which have been affected by the breach, let them know what data has been affected and work with them to ensure they are kept up to date with what is happening.
4. Remove customer information to back up servers until the breach has been dealt with completely.
