The 3 layers are equipped with removable bases which allow you to steam larger food items and are easily stackable making them compact for easy storage. The transparent water gauge makes it easy to see the water level and the wide water inlet makes it easy to top the water up if necessary. International Deliveries - this will vary from country to country. Please bear in mind deliveries outside the EU will be subject to possible import taxes in your country.
Under our Electric Mania Refund Policy, you have 7 days to cancel an order and return a product to us, providing it is unused and in a saleable condition for a full refund. Where a product is faulty, damaged or described incorrectly we will refund the original delivery charge, but not when a product is simply unwanted*.
*This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or described goods, or your right to cancel orders under the Distance Selling Regulations.
Except for faulty items, we only accept returns of items that are in the same physical condition as they were supplied. You must also have taken reasonable care to not mark or damage the product. All returned items will be inspected upon receipt. If there is evidence that the products are not in the same physical state and reasonable care has not been taken with them, then unfortunately you will not be eligible for a refund.

If your item develops a fault please notify us at email@example.com
If the fault has developed within 30 days of delivery we will offer a refund or replacement, including original postage costs or a replacement product once the original product has been returned to Electric Mania for checking and verification of the fault.
If the fault develops after 30 days but within the relevant warranty period (warranty period will be displayed on the product page) please contact us via firstname.lastname@example.org and we will repair or replace it once the original product has been returned to the Electric Mania team for checking and verification of the fault.
If a product is returned as faulty but not found to have a manufacturing fault or if a fault has developed as a result of misuse, no product or postage costs will be refunded.
